This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it. We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and, for visitors in the European Union or the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation.
When you contact us through the website form, the audit brief form, email or WhatsApp, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and your message or project details.
If you book a discovery call, this is handled on our scheduling provider. If you purchase an Instagram audit, payment is handled on our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
At present this website uses only essential resources and does not run audience measurement or marketing tools. Should we introduce such tools in future, and only after you consent, we may collect usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. This is described in our Cookie Policy.
Depending on the situation, our legal basis is your consent, the performance of a contract with you, or our legitimate interest in running and growing the agency. Where consent is the basis, you can withdraw it at any time.
We rely on a small set of trusted providers who process data on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy.
If and when we enable audience measurement or marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel or the TikTok Pixel, they will load only after you have given consent, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

We keep your personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then we delete it or anonymise it. Enquiry details that do not lead to an engagement are kept for a limited period, after which they are removed.

Our services and this website are intended for business owners and professionals. They are not directed to anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
